Latest check in is at 20:00 Accomodation rental is for the whole Apartment. Please do not play loud music and keep all noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm - 7.30am. By accepting the house rules at the time of booking you have agreed to not conduct a party within the property. No smoking property.

This apartment is situated in an ideal spot, just a short distance away from the city centre and a short walk to the famous Devonport Dockyard. It is at the edge of gorgeous Dartmoor and is the entrance to Cornwall. Plymouth is surrounded by some of the most stunning coastlines in the South West. The apartment is also close to both ferry ports, making it a convenient place to access Cornwall and France. Additionally, the A38 Devon Expressway is just a short distance away, making it easy to travel to Devon, Cornwall and beyond.

Guest Access

If you're arriving by car there is unlimited free street parking on Ross Street to the side of the building and Plym Street behind the building. Parking on Albert Road to the front of the building is free for 2 hours during the day and free in the evening after 6 pm and all day on Sunday’s.

The vibe of the apartment was so welcoming and cosy. The location was brilliant and the place had everything I needed as well as being quiet. The hosts were so helpful and welcoming through their communication and little touches in the way they'd set up the apartment. Can't wait to stay again. The walkways outside the apartment needed a little TLC but this was nothing to do with the apartment itself.

It was clean and there was plenty of space with everything in both the wardrobe and cupboards. Bus stop right in front of the building and a co-op right up the street. The owners were really nice and kept me up-to-date over text about everything I needed and were open to help with any questions I had. A document was provided that had everything explained in it from where to take out the trash to recommendations for food which was all very useful. Everything you need for cooking etc. was provided as well as a few laundry pots and kitchen wipes. The only "complaint" I have is that the elevator buttons on the floor we were on weren't working as well as the light in the atrium was on all night long which was a bit annoying so the bedroom was never really dark but that's all.

The apartment is also located in a short taxi or direct bus ride if you are arriving by train or bus.
